How to get beautiful prints every time
Paper
For art, ask your print shop for matte photo paper or 200–300 gsm card. For planners, standard 80–100 gsm paper is fine; 120 gsm feels premium and handles markers better.
Printing at home
Set your printer to "Best" or "High quality", choose the correct paper type and print at "Actual size" (not "Fit to page") unless the guide says otherwise.
At a print shop
Bring the PDF version on a flash drive or send it by email. Ask for "no scaling" and a test print first if you are printing large sizes.
Choosing sizes
Our ratios: 2:3 (A-sizes approx.), 3:4, 4:5, 1:1 square and ISO A-series. Match the file ratio to your frame to avoid cropping.
Frames
Standard A4 and A3 frames are widely available in malls and markets. For a gallery wall, mix two sizes at most and keep spacing consistent.
Colour tips
Screens are brighter than paper. If a colour looks dull, try matte photo paper rather than plain card.
